"Cycle Mode International 2010" is the largest sports bike exhibit and test-ride event in Japan, where new 2011 models of sports bikes, frames, parts, and bicycle wear are introduced and attendees can test-ride the newest model bicycles. The best part of the show is that you can test-ride and compare all the bikes - road bikes, cross bikes, mountain bikes, motor-assisted sports bikes, and the popular single-speed bikes -- brought together for this exhibit. Attendees can test-ride the bike of their choice, in a fun, comfortable atmosphere.
A large variety of dress-up and tune-up parts is part of the fun, too. The exhibit also includes casual wear for city cycling and cycling jerseys. Information on a number of related events is available.
Everybody will discover something new about cycling.
The theme for the sixth Cycle Mode International is:
In the recent bicycle boom, the number of "cyclists" are growing and their focus, more diverse.
An important goal of Cycle Mode is to stay one step ahead of the newest trend among this diverse crowd, whether in maintenance and customizing, racing and touring techniques, or cycling fashion. The exhibit contents have been greatly enhanced, with lectures and consulting for beginners on the basics of sports biking, as well as talk shows by top international professional cyclists and celebrities who love bicycles and enjoy the biking life. Cycle Mode continues to offer a wide variety of ways to enjoy biking for everyone from beginners to hard-core fans.
We also offer a booth promoting safety again this year. Its goal is to enlighten users about bicycling manners and traffic rules, and to encourage them to think more deeply about bicycling.
We urge you to take your "bicycle life" to anther level!
The main visual design of the "Cycle Mode International 2010" flyers and posters was done by none other than Katsuhiro Otomo, a manga artist known for works such as "Domu" "AKIRA" and "Steamboy." Otomo, who is also known for his love of sports bikes, has captured the red-hot energy of Cycle Mode through his powerful illustration.
The TV commercials for Cycle Mode features Yukiya Arashiro. He is a world-class road racer, who became the first Japanese racer to be in the greatest bicycle race in the world, Tour de France, two years in a row and completed the race. The fast-paced, rhythmical TV commercial links the "future of Arashiro," who continues to rewrite the history of the Japanese bicycling world, and the "future of cyclists," whose world will continue to expand.
With these energetic visual presentations, Cycle Mode, in its sixth year, is stepping up to a new stage.
