Bike Radar E-Mirror combines a 24 GHz radar, a rear camera, and a handlebar display to improve rear awareness for everyday cycling. Riders need to stay focused ahead, yet key risks come from vehicles approaching from behind. Mirrors can blur in rain and vibration, and radar-only alerts don’t show what’s there. Our system uses radar to detect and time alerts, and vision to show what’s happening, so riders can adjust speed or position, or continue with confidence. Even in low light or unclear conditions, radar still warns in time to react. Our goal is simple: a practical, human-centered fusion that makes cycling safer and more enjoyable for everyone.
